Driving Directions:
From Southern & Central California: Take Route 101 north to Route 156 west to Route 1 north.
Then follow Route 1 north to Santa Cruz.
From Northern California: Take Route 5 south to Route 80 west to Route 680 south to Route 280
north. Then take Highway 17 south to Route 1 north to Santa Cruz.
From San Francisco Airport: Take Route 101 south to Highway 17 south to Route 1 north to Santa
Cruz.
From Monterey Airport: Take Route 1 north to Santa Cruz.
Once in Santa Cruz on Route 1 north, follow the highway as it becomes Mission St. through town.
Then turn right on Bay St. and follow it to the campus entrance.

~ Soccer shoes*/ shinguards ~ Soccer attire
~ 10 pair soccer socks ~ Thongs/sandals
~ Casual wear (T-shirts, shorts) ~ Swim wear
~ Athletic shoes ~ Medication with directions
* If you bring new soccer shoes, ensure that they are broken in prior to camp. Blisters are no fun!

Full day and Extended day players arrive
8:30 - 9:00 Warm-up/stretch. Coach demonstration.
9:00 - 10:30 Field session - technical
10:30 - 11:00 Chalk talk/video analysis
11:00 - 11:30 Recreation time
11:30 - 1:00 Lunch
1:00 - 2:15 Field session - Tactical
2:15 - 3:00 Swim Time
3:00 - 4:00 World Cup Tournament
Full day players depart
4:00 - 5:00 Recreation time
5:00 - 6:00 Dinner
6:00 - 6:30 Warm-up/stretch
6:30 - 7:30 Advanced tactical stations
7:30 - 8:00 Games/competitions
Extended day players depart
8:00 - 9:30 Guest speaker/evening entertainment
9:30 - 10:00 Dorm meeting/snack
