Technical Development
Staff
For coaches with the ability to work with individual players and teams on
a more permanent basis. This position requires:
*Advanced coaching knowledge and ability
*Ability to develop players of all ages and skill levels over a number of
weeks
*Coaching individual teams, including game day coaching
As well as coaching in the evenings and weekends, the coach may have the opportunity
to assist in the office in a variety of administrative or promotional functions
depending on ability. This allows the coach the opportunity to display other
skills that may be pertinent for advancement with UKISC. This position will
be U.S. based for 9-11 months (although various contract lengths are available,
eg 4-12 weeks depending on the organization request and season).
This position includes:

Summers will be spent directing camps and developing coaching opportunities
for the fall.
