INTERVIEWS
AND INDUCTIONS
Once we have received your Online
Application Form, and assuming you meet our coaching criteria, we will
invite you to attend one of our inductions or interviews.
These will take place between November 2006 and April 2007 at various places
around the UK.
Upcoming venues for the inductions or interviews are as follows (some locations
are yet to be confirmed):

• Durham University -Queens Campus, March 4th, 2007

Myerscough College, Preston, March 11th, 2007
• Staffordshire, April 15th, 2007
• Kilmarnock College, Scotland TBC
• Glasgow, Scotland TBC
• Kinross, Scotland TBC
• Edinburgh, Scotland TBC
• Belfast, Ireland TBC
• Plymouth, England TBC
• London, England TBC
• Portsmouth, England TBC
• Southampton, England TBC
If you accept our invitation to attend an induction we will send you all the
information you require for your chosen venue, including:
• Instructions about the day and directions to the venue
• A coaching session planner for you to complete and use on the day
• Details of how to download the forms that you need to complete for
your visa application
• A list of other items you will need to bring, including a police background
check
At the induction you will be:
• Introduced to the other members of the UKISC team
• Shown a presentation with information you need to become a UKISC coach
• Placed in a coaching group to perform a 15 minute coaching session
• Interviewed by one of the UKISC team
• Involved in an interactive question/answer session with other members
of staff
Following the induction, we will contact you with the outcome of your interview
and to discuss the remaining steps to coaching in the USA.
